電磁流(liu)量計使用中(zhong)的(de)常見故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang),有(you)的(de)是由于儀表本身元器(qi)件損壞引(yin)起的(de)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang),有(you)的(de)是由于選用不當、安裝不妥、環境條件、流(liu)體特(te)性等因素(su)造(zao)成的(de)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang),如顯示波動、精度下(xia)降甚(shen)至儀表損壞等。它一般可以分為兩種類(lei)型(xing):安裝調試(shi)(shi)時出現(xian)的(de)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(調試(shi)(shi)期故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang))和正常運行(xing)時出現(xian)的(de)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(運行(xing)期故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang))。
(1)調試(shi)期故障調試(shi)期待故障一(yi)般出(chu)現在(zai)儀表安裝(zhuang)調試(shi)階段,一(yi)經排除,在(zai)以(yi)后相同條件下一(yi)般不會再出(chu)現。常見的調試(shi)期故障一(yi)般由(you)安裝(zhuang)不妥、環境干擾以(yi)及流體特(te)性影(ying)響等(deng)原因(yin)引起。
1)安裝(zhuang)方(fang)面通常是(shi)電磁流量(liang)傳感器安裝(zhuang)位置(zhi)不正確(que)引起的故障(zhang),常見(jian)的如將傳感器安裝(zhuang)在(zai)易(yi)積聚氣體(ti)的管系zui高點(dian);或(huo)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)自上而(er)(er)下的垂直(zhi)管上,可能出現(xian)排空(kong);或(huo)傳感器后(hou)無背壓,流體(ti)直(zhi)接排入大氣而(er)(er)形成測(ce)量(liang)管內非滿管。
2)環(huan)境方面通(tong)常主要是(shi)管道雜(za)散(san)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)干擾(rao),空間強電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)波干擾(rao),大(da)型電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機磁(ci)場干擾(rao)等。管道雜(za)散(san)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)干擾(rao)通(tong)常采取良(liang)好的單(dan)獨接(jie)地保護就可獲得(de)滿(man)意結果,但如遇到強大(da)的雜(za)散(san)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(如電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)車間管道,有時在(zai)兩電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極上感(gan)應(ying)的交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢峰(feng)值Vpp可高(gao)達1V),尚需采取另(ling)外措施(shi)和流(liu)量傳感(gan)器與管道絕緣等。空間電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)波干擾(rao)一般經信號(hao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)引入,通(tong)常采用單(dan)層或多層屏蔽予以保護。
